MITCHELL FLEMING
February 7, 1962 – July 30, 2001
Born in Winnipeg, aged 39, died suddenly on July 30, 2001 in New Westminster, BC with his wife, mother, father, sister and friends at his bedside. He was a beloved husband, father, son brother, nephew, cousin and friend. Cremation and memorial services were held at the Squamish Funeral Chapel on August 2, 2001. Mitchell’s death is a profound loss to all of his friends and loved ones. Deeply missed. Always remembered.

In Memoriam:
On March 14, 2020, with immense sadness, accompanied by grieving family and friends, we laid our beloved children, Robin & Mitchell, to rest at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church Cemetery in the Fulford Valley, Salt Spring Island. Interment services honoring their lives were held by the Reverend Gyllian Davies.

Today’s the anniversary
Of the day that we lost you.
And for a time it felt as though
Our lives had ended too.
But loss has taught us many things
And now we face each day
With hope and happy memories
To help us on our way.
And though we’re filled with sadness
That your no longer here
Your influence still guides us
And we still feel you near.
What we shared will never die
It lives within our hearts
Bringing strength and comfort
While we are apart.
