Tribute
With sadness, we share the passing of Elizabeth Susan Wood—known and loved by all as Sue—on July 17th, 2025.
Sue gave generously of her time and spirit to her family and the communities she cared about. As a teacher, librarian, dedicated volunteer, and steadfast supporter of countless organizations and local causes, she left a lasting mark on many lives.
She was proud to be the mother of James and Scott, grandmother to Kira and Emilaea, great-grandmother to Reigha and Florence, and is survived by her loving brother Jamie. Her presence, kindness, and humour will be deeply missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations to local charities in her honor are kindly appreciated.
Details on a celebration of life will be forthcoming.
